1. Agreement

By using ConvertFileHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

ConvertFileHub provides free, browser-based file conversion utilities. The tools run on your device. We do not host, receive or process the files you convert, and we cannot recover output that your browser failed to save.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you use with the tools and to the results you produce. Because we never receive your files, no licence over your content is granted to us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to process material you are not authorised to handle, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Conversion output may differ from what another application produces, and very large files may exceed your device's memory.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the site. Always keep a copy of any original file you convert.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. The site depends on your browser's support for modern web standards; older browsers may not run every tool.

8. Third-party components

The site uses open-source libraries, each governed by its own licence. Advertising, where present, is provided by third parties under their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The site's name, design and original code are protected by copyright. You may not republish the site as your own. Open-source components remain under their respective licences.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
